OMG!! That's horrible
I am so sorry!! That is awful! I had someone try to steal my debitcard number once on the internet. The bank called me after they had cancelled my card to tell me what happened...SUCKS quite a bit to deal with all that!

Ugh - that's awful. I'm sorry. Hang in there - he will move and he will get a new card. Though not necessarily as easily as before.
